The client needed to make a filter column to remove particulates from an organic based liquid. The entire system needed to be designed, built and delivered in six months.
1. Scaled Prototype
Following our discovery meeting with the client, BioFab rapidly designed the necessary housing and conducted flow tests. Subsequently we designed the system around the housing and process piping. Our final step was as to test the system and gain PED certification to ship abroad.
2. Full Scale System
Once the prototype was successfully tested and signed-off on, Bio Fab built two full-scale systems. The BioFab Installation Team traveled to Europe and successfully installed both systems.
BioFab produced a very successful, custom-built solution on time and within the client’s budget.
