All of our custom solutions are produced using the following five-phased Bio Fab Process:
Phase 1: Discovery
- Evaluate customer requirements and technical specifications
- Confirm project scope, budget, and regulatory fit
- Align on delivery timelines and critical milestones
- Identify key compliance and documentation needs
- Generate initial concept sketches for early alignment
Phase 2: Solution
- Develop detailed CAD models based on discovery inputs
- Share first draft drawings for early review
- Refine and submit second draft with revisions
- Secure formal drawing approval from customer
- Finalize component specs and technical analysis
Phase 3: Pre-Production
- Translate approved drawings into shop-ready blueprints
- Define technical build specifications and tolerances
- Conduct internal production kickoff meeting
- Allocate floor space and map build workflow
- Stage and audit components for compliance
Phase 4: Fabrication
- Finalize production schedule and key fabrication milestones
- Launch build process with assigned technicians and teams
- Execute welding, forming, polishing, and assembly per spec
- Monitor progress against quality and timing benchmarks
- Maintain traceability and documentation throughout build
Phase 5: Quality Control
- Perform in-process inspections at key fabrication stages
- Validate compliance with client specs and industry codes (e.g., ASME, ISO)
- Document and trace all quality checks for audit readiness
- Resolve discrepancies before final delivery
- Ensure system performance meets end-use requirements
